Learn how to provide initial support for adults developing or experiencing the worsening of an existing mental health problem or experiencing a mental health crisis.
Designed for adults living or working with young people aged 12 years upto 24 years (adolescent/young adult) to recognise signs of a developing or worsening mental illness and how to link with appropriate professional supports.
A.S.I.S.T. is a scientifically proven suicide intervention model. Learn to intervene and help to prevent the immediate risk of suicide.
We offer short (30-60 minute) workshops with a focus on wellbeing and self care. We will work with you to ensure we are creating content that is relevant for your workplace, school, or community group.
